All content created, displayed, or distributed by Hero Medallions is protected under applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The following are the intellectual property of Hero Medallions unless otherwise stated, licensed, authorized, or agreed to in writing:
This protection also applies, as applicable, to conceptual designs, mockups, production-ready artwork, and final struck or cast medallions created by or for Hero Medallions.
Customer-supplied trademarks, logos, artwork, insignia, seals, emblems, or other protected materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Nothing in this policy claims ownership by Hero Medallions of intellectual property owned by a customer or other third party.
No Hero Medallions intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, modified, traced, reverse-engineered, duplicated, manufactured, or otherwise commercially used without prior written authorization, except as expressly permitted under the limited wholesale license described below.
Unauthorized use includes, but is not limited to:
Approved wholesale customers are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and publish Hero Medallions product imagery and related marketing materials solely for the purpose of marketing and selling genuine Hero Medallions products.
This license:
Wholesale customers may not sublicense, materially alter, or create derivative works from Hero Medallions intellectual property without express written permission.
Original artwork, designs, concepts, layouts, sculpting, production artwork, and other creative materials developed by Hero Medallions in connection with a Custom Order remain the intellectual property of Hero Medallions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment for a Custom Order purchases the finished products and services specified in the order and does not, by itself, transfer ownership of Hero Medallions artwork, reproduction rights, manufacturing rights, tooling, molds, dies, production files, or other intellectual property or production assets.
Customer-supplied intellectual property remains subject to the rights of the customer or applicable third-party rights holder. Customers are responsible for obtaining any authorization necessary for Hero Medallions to reproduce protected materials submitted for a Custom Order.
Hero Medallions may use, reproduce, display, modify, manufacture, or promote original non-personalized artwork and designs created by Hero Medallions, subject to applicable third-party intellectual property rights and any separate written agreement.
Additional provisions governing Custom Orders, customer-submitted intellectual property, alternative artwork, tooling, molds, dies, and production assets are contained in our Custom Orders Policy.
Hero Medallions® and the Hero Medallions® logo are registered trademarks. These marks, including confusingly similar names, logos, branding, or designations, may not be used in connection with any product, service, business, advertising, promotion, domain name, marketplace listing, or other commercial activity in a manner that infringes or is likely to cause confusion regarding source, sponsorship, affiliation, or authorization.
Other slogans, taglines, product names, collection names, graphics, and marks used by Hero Medallions may also be protected by trademark, copyright, or other applicable intellectual property rights whether or not accompanied by a trademark symbol.
Nothing in this policy grants permission to use the Hero Medallions® name or registered logo except as expressly authorized in writing or as permitted under the limited wholesale license described above.
Hero Medallions actively protects its intellectual property and registered trademarks. Unauthorized use may result in removal requests, cease-and-desist notices, termination of wholesale privileges, claims for damages or other remedies, and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Requests for licensing, reproduction, publication, or other authorized use of Hero Medallions intellectual property must be submitted in advance and approved in writing.

Original Hero Medallions designs, artwork, medallion concepts, website content, photography, marketing materials, and other proprietary creative materials are protected intellectual property.
Customer-supplied trademarks, logos, artwork, insignia, seals, emblems, and other protected materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Hero Medallions® and the Hero Medallions® logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks, or confusingly similar branding, is prohibited.
Approved wholesale customers are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to display and publish Hero Medallions product imagery solely for the purpose of marketing and selling genuine Hero Medallions products. No manufacturing, reproduction, or ownership rights are transferred.
Original artwork and designs developed by Hero Medallions for Custom Orders remain the intellectual property of Hero Medallions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment for a Custom Order does not by itself transfer reproduction rights, manufacturing rights, tooling, molds, dies, production files, or other production assets.
Unauthorized copying, duplication, manufacturing, derivative production, or misuse of Hero Medallions intellectual property may result in termination of wholesale privileges and legal action.
